I’m Carol
I have written a book called “Crystal Clear Art Therapy,” aimed at helping others change their lives.
I am internationally certified as a Health & Life Coach, a graduate of the HCI Institute. I have earned hundreds of CEU credits over the past 20 years as a Certified Alcohol and Drug Counselor in medical health fields.
My undergraduate degrees specialize in Chemical Dependency, Human Resources, and Sociology, with a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology.
With 25 years of experience counseling individuals suffering from chemical dependency, anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, self-worth issues, and procrastination, I have firsthand knowledge of effective approaches to change.
